We offer grey colour in sizes 0000-12 and blue or pink colour in sizes 0000-6. We do also have the custom sandals option of many different colours in all sizes which have a 3-week lead-time. Please note we do not offer returns or exchanges on the custom sandals, so all sales are final.
We only offer these sandals in grey.
All orders received before 2pm GMT Monday to Friday will be processed same day and despatched. Anything received after this time will be processed and despatched the next working day. If the order is placed on a Saturday or Sunday, the order will be processed on the following Monday.

We send these out by DHL courier or Royal Mail, so delivery will be between 1-5 working days. Please note if you are a Turkish or Russian customer, delivery can take up to 4 weeks.

The products must be returned within 30 days of invoice date and must be in new, re-saleable, unmarked condition and in original packaging.
Please measure from the tip of the big toe down to the bottom of the heel on each foot – we have a measurement video to help you with this. The measurement will then correlate to a size on our chart.
Please measure the shoulder width of the child and check this against our our sizing chart. We generally send a small bar with sizes 0000-2 and a large bar with sizes 3-12, but this is just a rough guide and can differ between children.
For a child under 1 year old, you will need to buy a small Dobbs bar. For a child over 1 year old, you will need to buy a regular Dobbs bar. This is due to spring strengths.
